Well, I posted the last of my guest previews last night, and I want to once again thank John, JD, Jeff, Chris and Becky for helping me out this year. Together they wrote 28 previews for me, and I wouldn't have been able to finish the site without their help. Well... it's not actually finished left, I have six previews left to write. Here's another batch of bands from my ACL Artist Previews Page; remember you can check out the whole site at any time. As we told you Wednesday, a person robbed the Washington Mutual on 6th and Congress late Wednesday afternoon. Well, apparently she only tried to rob the bank. It didn't quite go the way she had hoped, as she left empty-handed. (Of course, we have no idea what she was actually hoping for.)
Our co-editor sent us a text message just minutes ago, alerting us that the downtown Washington Mutual at Congress and Sixth was robbed this afternoon around 3pm. Yet again! Details are scarce as cops and the media have converged on the already busy intersection, but we're sure we'll find out more this evening.
