Hooray, it's time to celebrate, here comes Fall. Sure it technically started a while ago, but with temps in the high 90's it's just hard to get in the groove. But as temperatures start to drop connections start to increase. Somewhat in the same numbers as the cold and flu, oh well, you have to take the good with the bad. If Central Market and Chuy’s haven’t provided you with enough green chile madness, local southwestern trend-o-mat restaurant Z’Tejas presents a special green chile menu with some proceeds benefiting the Sustainable Food Center. The cause is good, and if the ubiquitous Navajo Eggs and requisite Bloody Marys are any barometer (and if you don’t hate trendy southwestern American kitchen fodder) this one is probably worth the effort. We like finding reasons to get out of the house on dreary Saturdays (it isn't like we are actually going to read our New Yorker subscription), so we decided to try out the relatively new restaurant the Nu Age Cafe over on Exposition and Enfield in the Tarrytown Center. The menu is vegetarian and ranges from NuAge Club Sandwich to Cream Mushroom Linguine, but the bulk of the menu is definitely Asian inspired. We sampled......
