Full skirts aren’t the only thing that’s back this season. Check out the latest trend for spring: the house party. Not to be outdone by the raging success of the Spin/Wayward Boys party during SXSW, Austin band 54 Seconds is throwing a little shindig of their own. This party kicks off this Friday at 4506 Avenue H in post-grad haven, Hyde Park. We know you’ll be a little late since you’ll be on E. 11th with us at our first Austinist Happy Hour, but you have time to make a set by Austin darling, Tucker Livingston, at 8:30 p.m. 54 Seconds goes on at 9:15 and Good Nation spins from 11 on.
