During the health care fight in Washington D.C. and SXSW here in Austin, there was a convention at the Palmer Events Center on Saturday to put the Travis County Democratic Party’s business in order. Mostly a pep rally for the upcoming general election—there's only one county Democratic runoff and several unopposed candidates in the general election—there was still much to talk about.
