David Simon, creator of critic-favorites Homicide: Life on the Streets and The Wire, will be making a stop at the University of Texas tomorrow evening. Simon is delivering the College of Communication’s 2008 William Randolph Hearst Fellow lecture at the Austin City Limits Studio.
