Austin's most chill music festival, the Old Settler's Music Fest took over the Salt Lick Pavilion in Driftwood Texas this past weekend for its annual rite of camping, music and general mayhem. Although its headlining act the Avett Brothers had to drop out because of the timely birth of an Avett child, the festival's strong lineup attracted a large, tie-dyed crowd. And, to overcome any questions about its musical strength, the festival replaced the Avett Brothers with three additional acts - Grupo Fantasma, The Mother Truckers, and Terri Hendrix. more ›
