Miles, 42, is being sued for a laundry list of items after witnesses claim he crashed a holiday party, yelled obscenities, brandished a gun and got his snog on with another man's wife. Oh, and in addition to compensatory and punitive damages, the suit also requests that Miles submit a blood sample to be tested for STDs.

State Representative Veronica Gonzales, D-McAllen, is spearheading an effort to help cancer patients looking for a bone marrow transplant.
Today, the First Annual Capitol Bone Marrow Registration Drive will take place in the Legislative Conference Room, affording Austinites an opportunity to enter into the National Marrow Donor Registry by giving a quick saliva cheek swab and filling out a brief registration form. The normal $52 registration fee has been waived, thanks to a separate statewide fundraising campaign.
