This is the first in our Longhorn player profile series, leading up to the season-opening game on Sept. 1. But what we all want to know is what it's like to not only look forward to purchasing an IHOP, but to also order pancakes and shrimp and have nobody bat an eye. Paul Shirley, watch out.
