Members of a rap group fired gunshots outside hip-hop club Spiros on Red River last night, just after downtown bars had closed. According to police, the scuffle started when members of one of the groups performing at the club earlier in the evening were forced to leave the venue. Later, around 2:15 a.m., two of them came back and opened fire on the crowd. At least six people were sent to hospitals for non-life threatening injuries. Authorities are still unclear as to whether the incident happened inside or outside the venue. Neither men have been identified, an the investigation is pending. [Blotter] more ›
