Nine employees at Twin Liquors now face felony charges after allegedly stealing more than a quarter million dollars' worth of booze. According to TABC officials, the employees had been running a fairly large-scale bootlegging operation for the past two years. Despite the sprawl-loving Statesman's spin attempt, it is clear that the majority of Austin neighborhoods are embracing VMU zoning.
