Bring your appetite, as they'll be serving fresh boiled crawfish, jambalaya, crab cakes, fried alligator, shrimp po-boys, barbecued boudin, etouffee, red beans & rice, shrimp and alligator on a stick, gumbo and frog legs, fried catfish, and fried Cajun turkey legs.
