Construction worker fell over 25 feet (and may have landed on some upended rebar) from condo construction at 17th and Lavaca this morning. New background check requirements lead some volunteer dogwalkers to quit their work at Town Lake Animal Shelter. Al Gore is in town tonight; we'll keep an eye out for the YCT protesters. Numerous people named in Dallas corruption investigation, including city officials and a State Rep. A&M is having difficulties attracting......

There is officially a place in hell for illegal-drug dealers...but what happens if/when said drug becomes legal someday?...perhaps you can just fill out some paperwork to get through the holy gates. ...and Ricky Williams might be doing just that. He is still testing positive for the reefer. Obesity is not only a problem in adults and children, your pets are getting fat, too. Parks may soon get funding from condo developers. Marijuana and University of Texas running backs have a bit if a history. See: Ricky Williams. Add Ramonce Taylor to the list. The junior back, who scored 15 touchdowns for the National Champions last year, was arrested early Sunday morning after police searched his car and found a round of ammunition and a bag of marijuana weighing a reported 5+ pounds. Williams, who won the Heisman in his senior year in 1998 at UT, was the subject of intense scrutiny after failing several drug tests and admittedly smoking marijuana, then disappearing and resurfacing at a holistic......

Everyone's favorite Rasta running back will be returning to the Miami Dolphins for the 2005 NFL season. Ricky Williams had reportedly dropped below 200 pounds living off of Cheetos and chocolate milk, but has now bulked up to a respectable 215 in preparation for the oncoming season. Before he can play, Williams must sit out the first four games of the season for violating the NFL substance abuse program. Apparently Williams and Saban are......

It was announced yesterday that former Longhorn Ricky Williams was discussing a possible comeback with the Miami Dolphins. Apparently studying to be a holistic healer isn't as fun as running people over in the NFL. Williams retired unexpectedly last July, and after quitting the Dolphins, the former Heisman Trophy winner acknowledged that he failed drug tests and faced a suspension for testing positive three times for marijuana. Williams is said to owe the Dolphins......
