Criminalizing Wireless

Though this is not entirely new, the gravity of the situation warrants keeping this story alive and in the public forum. The state of Texas has joined the ranks of legislators drafting laws rendering it illegal for municipalities to provide free wireless internet access to all of its citizenry.
