KOOP 91.7 FM has had a rough couple of years, dealing with accidents and arson. KOOP serves our city daily with quality programming and their mission “is to provide high quality, innovative, and diverse community-oriented programming to Austin with an emphasis on those communities that are ignored or under-served by mainstream media” (Read it in its entirety on their MySpace page.)
