APD has issued an Amber Alert for 13-year-old Karen Anastacio, who was last seen getting into a brown Ford SUV at Bedichek Middle School this morning. The driver of the SUV is 22-year-old Angel Rojas, a young man who has previously committed violent acts against Karen. Karen is about 5'2", about 115 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes. When last seen this morning, she was wearing all black and carrying a pink backpack. APD requests that anyone with any information call 911 immediately. [KEYE] more ›

Details are still sketchy at this time, but reports say that three people were kidnapped earlier today near the Southpark Meadows area (9300 S. IH35). APD just released an Amber Alert for 5-year-old Adrian Jaimes, who they say was kidnapped around 7:45 this morning from his home in Northeast Austin. Jaimes was last seen wearing a green jacket, black t-shirt and blue pants, is about 4 feet tall, weighs about 50 pounds and tends to have a bloody nose because of allergies. more ›
