Right around this time every year, we find ourselves slowing down, bundling up and generally restricting our movement as much as possible. But as comfortable as this may be, it's absolute hell on our running regimen. And so, this weekend, we're planning on setting a new precedent for 2006 by taking part in the Jingle Bell 5K at Auditorium Shores.
