After nearly a year of anticipation, today Chef Andrew Curren (24 Diner) is opening the doors to his latest concept, Easy Tiger -- a German-style bakery and beer garden located in an old brick building on East 6th Street. From the soft pretzel rolls to the rosemary chicken sausage to the "beer cheese" made with lager, sharp cheddar and garlic, it's difficult to find anything on the menu that's not carefully crafted in-house.
