The Grilled Cheese Invitational started back in '03 in LA. And while Austin is plenty original enough to come up with its own kooky ideas, this was one worth borrowing. So LA transplants XTC and Sodium decided to throw the first Austin Regional Grilled Cheese Invitational last Spring. It was a cheesy, gooey, sweet and spicy smash of a success.
