The Community Action Network, a "collaboration of organizations and individuals in Central Texas who are working together to build a community of equity and opportunity" released a report on the 12th that - as you can see from the above graph - shows that the number of low income Austinites has exceeded the State's percentage, the first time this has happened since 2005.
