Roll On Sushi Diner, a concept restaurant that serves fusion items like the Cholesta Roll (chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes instead of rice, deep fried and served with cream gravy) alongside more traditional offerings like a spicy tuna roll, served in a diner-setting, is opening this Thursday, August 18 at 5350 Burnet Road in the AMLI building.
