Someone tossed a brick with a note through the window of Barbara Frische's house in East Austin in the early morning of July 24th. The police are now investigating. A black string wrapped around the brick secured a printed message. The firm strokes looked almost chiseled onto the page. If the plain words revealed little more than a protest, could that lettering hold any clues?
