Now we are seeing the results: Brazos Place has scheduled an auction for May 17, 2009 to sell their twenty remaining unsold units. Starting bids are less than half of the original asking prices - as low as $80,000 for a small one-bedroom, $190,000 for a two-bedroom and $600,000 for the 2,745 sqft penthouse.
