22-year old Evan Baird tells MyFoxAustin that he's lucky to be alive after being hit by a car on Monday night. He sustained hearing loss, a bruised lung and much more in an accident at 38th and Guadalupe, where Baird was hit by a driver turning left. Baird said he had the right of way, and the driver, who was in a "black four door compact car, possibly a Hyundai with a 'coexist' bumper sticker on the left driver's side" did not stop.
