ARTCRANK, a bicycle-inspired poster art show that is seeking to change the way people view bicycles while fostering a cycling community, is on the hunt for thirty local artists for their first Austin event. These shows have been held in bike-friendly cities including Minneapolis, Denver, Portland, San Francisco, and London. In addition to improving the image of urban cyclists, each show also raises money and awareness for organizations such as LIVESTRONG, Bikes to Rwanda, and People for Bikes. more ›

Kicking off this Wednesday with Bikes Rock at the Parish La Zona Rosa, the 9th Annual BFF will skid into Austin for five days of bike-centric love, including art shows, after-parties, bike polo and, of course, films about bikes and the people that love to ride them.
