Tonight kicks off the first night of the Short Fringe at Hyde Park Theatre during FronteraFest 2009, a performance festival celebrating the spectrum of performing arts, from dance to music to theatre. Last June, a ruptured water main on Congress Avenue flooded the State Theatre, destroying the stage, production facility and a quarter of the venue's seats.
