A young boy that we know of just by the name Kye (good - protect your identity!) in conjunction with the Arlington Police Department and the organization A Wish With Wings worked together this past weekend to bring a number of perpetrators to justice, including but not limited to The Joker and The Riddler, setting a pretty high bar for law enforcement in general that day.
