Tons of Art and Music Packed onto One Street

As we mentioned earlier, there are several fun block parties going on this weekend. The most art-filled one will most likely be the 2nd Annual South First Art Walk. This year, each of the 30 participating shops, salons, galleries and restaurants will have their own unique way to celebrate, hosting art from local artists, craft booths, music and more. You know that there are items lurking in your home that you haven't used in like, years. Wouldn't it be nice to get rid of them and help out a good cause at the same time? The Animal Trustees of Austin is having a Charity Garage Sale this Saturday, April 23rd. You can drop off donations at the Unity Church of Austin (2806 Del Curto) between 8am and 2pm.
