  Doesn't sound like she's made an actual announcement yet. Sounds like she said she'll make a decision in August, and if she does decide to run, then she'll be looking at October/November to leave the Senate....

  I called 3-1-1 to report a suspicious vehicle once, and was told that I had to dial 9-1-1 for that, even though I didn't really consider it an "emergency"... probably the same situation here....
