Tito to Host Fancy Vodka-Inspired Dinner at Z Tejas

The five-course meal starts off with hand-cut farmer's market gazpacho and scallop ceviche, paired with a "Golden Mary" (yellow tomato juice instead of red). From there, it's a slow descent into depraved decadence, with the main courses including pan-seared black drum, crispy chile-crusted duck breast, and pork carnitas—accompanying drinks will incorporate everything from agave nectar and while Texas guajillo honey syrup to housemade bitters and habanero gastrique.
