H&M: We'll Just Put This Perfect Head on This Fake Body, Mkay?
Popular fashion outlets certainly don't surprise us when they diss the average sized woman, but H&M is taking our (apparent) hatred of the true female form to a new level. Jezebel has tipped us off to the fact that most of the models you see on their site are cyborgs, digitally designed female bodies with actual model's heads pasted on top. Apparently, just Photoshopping an already skinny model isn't good enough anymore - $20 sweaters need the world's absolute most perfect form beneath them. What's more, despite H&M's admittance of the practice and argument that the bodies are designed to best show off the particular outfit, the panty models you see above here are all the exact same form. Only difference is the carefully re-touched skin tone.
