Artist Opportunity - The Idea Fund

Looking to pull some money in for an artistic endeavor and Kickstarter just isn't your thing? The Idea Fund might be your answer. This Thursday at 6PM, Women and Their Work is hosting an information session for the fund that is seeking to provide $4000 to ten Texas-based projects by individual artists or artist collectives that have difficulty securing cash through conventional funding sources and push out from the traditional in a participatory, interventionist, guerrilla, or entrepreneurial way.
