Art of the Pot 2011

This Saturday and Sunday, from 10am-5pm, Austin plays host to the 8th Annual Art of the Pot, a ceramics invitational studio tour and sale featuring 16 nationally recognized clay artists.

The event will take place in the studios of four local artists and a traveling art gallery in from Colorado, which will be setup outside of Snack Bar on South Congress for the Mother's Day weekend.

The tour is free and open to the public with various companion events featuring food and drink.

Get out there and enjoy the work and company of Central Texas' ceramics community and buy something for your mom while your at it.
