Spaghetti Warehouse Soon Out at 4th Street, Who's In?

The Spaghetti Warehouse that has been at 117 W. Fourth Street for over 30 years will have to vacate the spot soon. The building's new (as of January) owners are looking to score new tenants for the 20,000 square foot space and claim that the location is garnering national attention.

The inner space may be split into two or more shops/clubs/restaurants/what-have-you, but the outer facade must remain the same since it's a historic building. The 1905 structure started life as a grocery store and housed a brothel once upon a time. As soon as new tenants for the prime downtown spot are found, Spaghetti Warehouse will be out. Six Lounge -- which uses 8,000 of the building's square feet -- is sticking around.

um, does everyone realize that the only warehouse ever in the entire 'warehouse district' was always the spaghetti warehouse?
