Join award-winning Texas winemakers and chefs for a unique dining experience at one of Texas Hill Country Wine & Food Festival’s Hill Country Luncheons. Fall Creek Vineyards will be hosting their three-course luncheon on Thursday, March 31st with chefs Josh Watkins of The Carillon, Kent Rathbun of Abacus in Dallas and Issac Cantu of Francesca’s at Sunset in San Antonio. The event will commence with a reception by Spicewood Vineyards. Featured courses will include Prime Beef Tartare, Orange Chipotle Glazed Niman Ranch Pork Loin and Strawberry Almond Sable Over Easy. Accompanying wines will be, respectively, Llano Estacado 2007 Viviano, Fall Creek Vineyards Meritus 2006 and Gotas de Oro Muscat Canelli. The event will take place from noon until 2, primarily on the patio, overlooking the vineyard and rolling Hill Country.
