Shhh: New Year's Eve Is On At Hotel Saint Cecilia

Earlier this month, Hotel Saint Cecilia decided they'd host a New Year's Eve party. As with all things Saint Cecilia, though, they've opted to keep it rather under the radar and exclusive, so we're not really supposed to tell you about it. But now you know.

The party runs from 8pm to just after midnight, and is limited to under 100 guests. There's an all-important open bar with red and white wine, Stella Artois, Bohemia, Spanish Cava (bubbly), margaritas, and HSC's signature Two Saints cocktail of gin, St. Germain, and Topo Chico with orange.

Since this is a rock and roll hotel in South Austin, there will, of course, be live music. Topaz and Mudphonic, purveyors of "a hooch brew of dirty bayou funk and redneck rock" according to the Austin Chronicle, will be on hand to play a set for the NYE crowd.

And if you're skipping the crazy NYE feasts around town at places like Foreign & Domestic and Barley Swine, there will be plenty of Hors D'Oeuvres to fill you up. Selections include Celery, thai chili, organic peanut butter nori rolls with spicy ponzu sauce, Grilled pork tenderloin on housemade rolls, and Jumbo lump crab cake with housemade aioli and chives.
