Austin's Green Corn Project assists Central Texans with limited access to nutritious food due to income or other challenges in growing organic food gardens. To help raise funds for their noble and healthy cause, the group hosts a charity fundraiser at Boggy Creek Farms on Sunday, October 24th from noon to 3pm.

The party features food samples, and not just from anyone: Antonelli's Cheese Shop, Aquarelle, Asti, Bola Pizza, Cafe Josie, Cipollina, FINO, Hoover's Cooking, Jeffrey's, La Condesa, Mulberry, Olivia, and Wink are all participating, as are many more. There will also be dessert from Teo Gelato, Sticky Toffee Pudding, and Innocent Chocolate.

To round out the festivities, there will be chef demonstrations from Elizabeth Winslow of Farmhouse Delivery, Jason Donoho of FINO, and Jam Sanichat of Thai Fresh, and a food-themed silent auction. Tickets are $40, but kids under 12 get in free. Tickets will be available at the door. Please stop by for a ridiculous lunch of small plates and help support this important organization.
