Mighty Cone: Hot and crunchy chicken and avocado cone
Hudson's on the Bend's hot and crunchy cones have been so popular over the years, they sparked the opening of the Mighty Cone trailer on Congress Avenue. For those who aren't in the know, a hot and crunchy chicken and avocado cone is a tortilla fit into a paper cone holder that's filled with avocado and chicken pieces coated in a sweet, nutty and spicy mixture, fried until crisp, then topped with cool jalapeno-mango coleslaw and drizzled with a creamy ancho sauce.

Torchy's Tacos: Crossroads taco
The Crossroads making its festival debut this year, but it has long been a favorite on the Torchy's menu. With smoked brisket, spicy pickled jalapenos, creamy avocado and lots of cheese, it's no wonder Torchy's chose to add this taco to their ACL lineup.

The Best Wurst: New York buttered salt potatoes
These simple beauts are actually pretty deadly. Slick with butter, tinged with salt and topped with green onions, they are the perfect accompaniment to an icy cold beer.

Tim Love's Love Shack: Love Burger
It's easy to see why Fort Worth chef Tim Love's Love Burger was a hit last year. The beef patty is made with a mixture of tenderloin and brisket and topped with cheese, Love Sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, and homemade pickles, creating a purely gourmet burger.
