Tonight: Galaga! Silver Strike! Bacon-Infused Whiskey! Frank Rec Room [Launch]
Austinist's prodigal son Adi Anand and Frank owner Daniel Northcutt have teamed up with various hooligans around town to launch a new weekly gathering of vintage gaming and healthy trash-talking. It's called Frank Rec Room, and it takes over the hot dog haven off 4th and Colorado every Wednesday evening at 9 p.m., starting tonight.
"And and all acceptable shenanigans" will be tolerated at the Rec Room, including a half dozen arcades (Big Buck Safari, Galaga, Golden Tee, Ms. Pac-Man, Silver Strike, Mega Touch), card and board games, and beer ping beer pong. BYOB(oardgames) are also welcome.
