ABC's My Generation Screening at Paramount [Pilot Sneak Peek]

As we mourn the passing of local favorite Friday Night Lights, we hold onto the hope that ABC's new drama, My Generation, will merit a season pickup to keep it shooting in our fair city. This show is filmed documentary-style and follows nine students who graduated in 2000 from fictional Greenbelt High in Austin. That's right -- Austin will actually play itself in this series.

My Generation doesn't air on network TV until September 23, but an exclusive screening of the pilot will be held at the Paramount Theatre downtown next Tuesday evening, August 17. They will be gauging what locals think of the show, and some attendees who leave feedback may appear on TV. RSVP is required; RSVP here.
