Win a Pair of Tickets to the Texas Gridiron Kickoff [Giveaway]

As the calendar nears August, college football fans begin to get the itch for the new season. To help get local fans ready, Austinist is giving away a pair of tickets to the Texas Gridiron Kickoff, where Longhorns Coach Mack Brown talks about his team's 2010 lineup and previews the upcoming season.

Joining Brown at the Austin Convention Center will be offensive coordinator Greg Davis and defensive coordinator (and head coach in waiting) Will Muschamp. ESPN's Ron Franklin will interview the trio in the event's keynote presentation.

The kickoff luncheon is from noon to 1:30 pm on August 5.

“Now in its third year, this event has come to be known as the city-wide kickoff for the football season,” says Matthew Payne, executive director of the Austin Sports Commission.

Longhorns radio announcer Craig Way will emcee the event, which also includes a salute to high school football with the announcement of the Statesman's Preseason All-Centex Team.

On July 30, we will select one winner, who will get both passes (a $110 value). To enter, just fill out the form after the jump.
