Ah yes, I wonder if Magda gets her inspiration from Walmart, Michaels and Hobby Lobby? Are there no local arts stores she can purchase items from? Good to know that Walmart is helping to Keep Austin Weird...sigh...

Actually, I guess she probably didn't pay for the items there, we taxpayers did. How "weird" is that, Austin creating profit for big box chain stores. Awesome.

Jesus, find something a little more important to complain about than where someone buys their yarn. Do you go to Walmart and sit out front talking shit to everyone entering too?

Sorry, I just like the idea of supporting local business. I just found it a little ironic that a local business owner and someone who is deemed "so Austin and weird" shops at big box chains known for exploiting their employees and the communities they are in.

For the record, the pieces look awesome and at least $40,000 better than those stupid blue things. And much better than the road barricades that they put up in my neighborhood. Maybe she could cover those with yarn.
