The View From the 17th Floor of the Frost Building @SXSWi

One of the topmost events during the last two years of SXSWi has been the Tocquigny Martini Mixer. The best reason to go to the event is the amazing sunset views from the 17th floor of the Frost Building. (Killer views can be seen by looking out the southwest corner of the building, with a view down Congress Avenue, and over the river to the Long Center.) It seemed like everyone at the event was equally entranced, with their noses and cameras totally glued to the view.

Guests at the Friday event included the fabulous Matthieu Chereau, who came from France to SXSWi to talk about Facebook marketing, and Austin American-Statesman social columnist Michael Barnes.

Being so high up, it was just like heaven.
