The Action Pack Presents a Pulp Fiction Quote-Along [Preview & Giveaway]

The Action Pack presents a Pulp Fiction Quote-Along
Thursday, January 14th and Thursday, January 21st
Alamo Drafthouse Downtown (320 E 6th Street)
$10, both events at 7pm
[info] | [tickets]
“What does Marsellus Wallace look like?” “Bring out the gimp.” “Royale with cheese.” “Anytime’s a good time for pie.”

If these sentences just seem like random words strung together by a crazy person, then perhaps The Action Pack's Pulp Fiction Quote-Along isn’t for you. But if, like most members of the hipster nation generation, you grew up loving Quentin Tarantino’s award-winning neo-noir, then you might want to scurry on down to the Alamo Drafthouse Village or Ritz for some good old fashioned shouting at the screen.

The next two Wednesday and Thursday nights, you can order food, drinks, or even a milkshake (“I don't know if it's worth five dollars but it's pretty ****ing good.”) and join in the fun. Dive right in to this classic film that locked down the exact meaning of the term “Tarantino-esque.” Lose yourself for a while and become Vincent Vega or Jules Winnfield, Pumpkin or even Honey Bunny. The words will be right there on the screen to help you if you forget your lines. When you get low on beverage, stick up that paper order flag. You don’t want to just start shouting “garcon.” Apparently, it means “boy.”

For a chance to win tickets to this Thursday night's Pulp Fiction Quote-Along, continue reading after the jump!

"Hey chief, I ate at the McDonald's in Shelbyville the other day, and they have a Krustyburger with cheese, but they don't call it a Krustyburger with cheese."

"Get out! What do they call it?"

    "Quarterpounder with cheese."

"Quarterpounder with cheese?! What's a Quarterpounder?"
