- Business in Front, Party in the Back: Tigers punter Jake Harry was rocking a mullet early in the season.
- Protect Your Data: The Missouri athletic department recently sold a bunch of old cell phones at a university surplus sale. Problem was, some of them were filled with phone numbers, emails, and texts from coaches and athletic department staffers. Mike Bellman, who bought the box of phones, offered them first for sale to fans as "collector's items", then planned to put them on eBay.
