I don't know about those other requirements, but I can ace those "Other duties as assigned."
I wonder what council had in mind for this position when they created it. Who is this person going to manage? Is it mostly starting programs and getting grant money?
Sound ordinance capital of the world! If city hall wants to help, they should pass a law requiring proof of residency for 10+ years from anyone who wants to call the cops to complain about music venues.
