The four properties that they're currently offering are located throughout South Austin and North Loop, and appear to feature the usual trappings of a cosmopolitan home—polished hardwood floors, weird abstract prints, and Scandinavian furniture. At $180 per night for a 6-person bungalow to $650 for a giant house that can accommodate 13, the prices seem to be competitive with boutique hotel rates around town.
The project is an extension of Metrohouse, a local development company that specializes in contemporary urban housing. From the latter website, it appears that you can also purchase the rental homes.

Cool, I really love Metrohouse homes and the idea of getting more density. I may have to splurge on this sometime in the future.
