Brogan to Keynote Social Media Event Focusing on Local Entrepreneurs
Brogan's latest book, "Trust Agents", demonstrates how to tap into the social networks to build influence, reputation, and profits. The twist for this conference, however, is that rather than making your message broad and globally focused, you can use social media to turn your small business into a local powerhouse. Thus the subtitle: "How Local Entrepreneurs can Save the World and Pay the Rent in any Economic Climate."
Joining Brogan as part of the day's lineup are American Cancer Society's David Neff, the recent winner of the American Marketing Association's 2009 Nonprofit Marketer of the Year; and Aaron Strout, vice president of marketing at Powered.
Registration for the event is $249, but you can get $50 off by using the code "Creativefidelity". The event is hosted by Stagira's Jason Stoddard, with proceeds benefiting Capital Area Food Bank, Mobile Loaves and Fishes & Planet Cancer.
