Austin Music Foundation? Most likely: much poorer. AMF is dedicated to expanding the minds and putting money in the pockets of Austin's world-renowned community of musicians through programs that elucidate the various aspects of the industry. David Garza, a prolific, Austin-based singer-songwriter and sought-after collaborator, having worked with acts like
Fiona Apple and
Alejandro Escovedo. Beautiful and bluesy chanteuse
Suzanna Choffel will open, rounding out a very palatable evening of live music. If culture doesn't suit your fancy, perhaps this will: fundraiser tickets include food and 2 cocktails, as well as the opportunity to participate in a silent auction consisting of items donated by local businesses to support the foundation! You had us at free cocktails, fundraiser.
