Dell Diamond (3400 E Palm Valley Blvd)
$67.50, All Ages, Gates at 5:00pm
[info] | [tickets]
To help inform and prepare you for tonight's show, here's some information you may not be aware of:
- Tonight's show is an early one. The opening act begins at 5:30, and gates open at 5pm.
- Willie Nelson plays first at 6:15, John Mellencamp starts around 7:30, and Bob Dylan begins at 9pm.
- Tickets will be available at the door for $67.50. Kids under 14 can get in free with a paid adult admission (one kiddo per purchased ticket.)
- All seating is general admission.
- Parking is $10.
Most importantly of all, we're looking at 100+ degree heat again this afternoon, so hydrate, watch your alcohol consumption, and keep in mind that (for most of us) that haul back from Round Rock is a lengthy one.
Finally, word on the street is that Willie and The Cougar are sticking to hits and favorites on this tour, while Dylan is...well, being Dylan and playing whatever the hell he likes. Thus, hardcore Bob fans can probably move up front later in the evening as the casual fans head home early after sitting through a few songs they don't know.
