Leftover Crack rocked the metal/punk stage at Fun Fun Fun Fest this last year, surprising us with an exciting and even funny set that was political, self-deprecating, and full of the requisite punk and ska jams. They're back in Austin tonight, bringing along The Casualties and Trash Talk.
The Casualties have been around in one incarnation or another since 1990, and, like Leftover Crack, call New York their home. They've been touring a great deal since the release of their 2006 album Under Attack, and in late August their eighth full length, We Are All We Have will see the light of day. Also performing are Trash Talk, who are pumped to play Texas. From their tour blog: "We are driving to Houston today to start the Texan portion of the tour. We are playing some cities we havnt played before. We are all siked, Texas is always a great time!"
